Returns and Refunds
1.For digital products that have been sent to the customer, if the acquired product keys of the customer have not yet been redeemed, it is possible for the return and refund. But redemption is excluded if the product key you have redeemed on the relevant activation platform. Because the product key can be redeemed only once;

3. Customer can cancel your order and refund at any time so long as the product has not been delivered, even after expiration of the 14 days.

For full refund:
1. we can refund and you should send back the key within 14 days (Starting from the purchase date) if you bought the wrong game or do not want the game anymore. But the key should not be redeemed.

Partial refund only happens:
When a customer bought ≥2 games in one order, and if he asks refund for one of the games in this order, he will get a partial refund of this order.
